Makafrida Jesam Ndelema
Partner – Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public
Makafrida Jesam Ndelema is a founding member of the Firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. In addition to corporate & commercial law, she assists with immigration matters as well as conveyancing, property law, regulatory advice to financial institutions. Further, she has experience in intellectual property including trademarks, patents, and copyright.
Before this, she interned with Norton Rose Fulbright (Tanzania Offices), one of the largest law firms in the world. She also worked at Honeste Vivere Attorneys as an Advocate and as a Legal Officer at Tanzania Road Haulage (1980) Limited, Bravehill Attorneys and R.K Rweyongeza & Co. Advocates.
Irene Deogratias Rwehumbiza
Partner – Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public
Irene Rwehumbiza is the founding member of the Firm. An advocate of the High Court of Tanzania with broad experience in legal services, especially in Securities, Banking & Financial.
Irene previously worked as an Advocate at Locus Attorneys after an internship at Slyvester Shayo & Co. Advocates.
Irene has a law degree (LL.B.) from the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law (Tanzania) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

Kitwana Hamis Ramadhani
Associate – Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public
Kitwana Hamis pursued his Law Degree at St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) in Mwanza, Tanzania and thereafter graduated for Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice at the Law school of Tanzania.
He has previously worked as an Assistant Corporate and Litigation Advisor in The Great Lake Attorneys, Served as Legal manager and Senior Legal Officer of Major Attorneys, and further worked as a Senior advocate at Major Law Associates.
His specific areas of practice include Intellectual Property Law (Trademarks, Patent and Copy rights), Banking and Finance law, Insurance Law, Employment and Labour Relations law, Conveyancing and Land matters & disputes, Corporate, Commercial litigation, Litigation generally, Probate and Administration of Estate law and Environmental law.
He has conducted researches on various legal issues and more particularly issues about Civil Procedure, land matters, Probate matters, Labour and Employment matters, Commercial and Corporate law, Insurance law and Intellectual property law.
He appears regularly in the High Court of Tanzania and Zanzibar and Courts subordinate thereto, He is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
Madundo Gerald Mhina
Associate – Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths & Notary Public
Madundo Gerald Mhina Is a member of the firm. He is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and has abroad experience in legal services especially in litigation, Argumentation skills and Dispute Resolutions.
His practice encompasses civil litigation, including normal civil suits, labour cases, contract law, criminal defence, as well as corporate and business law.
Mhina worked as an Advocate at Major Attorney, Major Law Associates after an internship at Tas Attorney & he worked as legal advisor of Tetemariah Company Limited, House of Wisdom Bookshop Limited.
Mhina has a Bachelor degree in Laws (LLB) from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT-Mwanza), Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practices at the Law School of Tanzania. He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
